Separate sealed percentage rate tender are invited on behalf of the “Governor of Tripura” from enlisted Contractors
/Firms/ Agencies of Tripura PWD/TTAADC in appropriate class and from the Contractors registered in the appropriate class
of MES, Railways, CPWD and other State PWD in Form 7 (seven) up to 3.00 PM on 30-6-2014 for the works:Sl.

Earnest money should be deposited in the State Bank of India or any schedule Bank of India, guaranteed by the RBI in
the shape of “deposit- at -call” in favour of the Executive Engineer, Jirania Division ,PWD (R&B), Jirania,Tripura west.
Tender form can be obtained on or after 12-06-2014 from the office of the Executive Engineer, Jirania Division, PWD
(R&B), Jirania, Tripura west /Superintending Engineer, Fourth Circle, PWD(R&B),Agartala on payment of above mentioned
each in cash (Non refundable) on any working days during office hours up to 26-06-2014 at 4.00 pm on submission of
written application along with documentary proof (In a shape of photocopy attested by the Gazetted Officer),enlistment, valid
PTCC/STCC, PAN (Permanent Account Number) card issue by the Income tax Department, Government of India and valid
license regarding engagement of workers in the contract works from labour department, Government of Tripura. Receipt of
application for issue of tender forms will be stopped on 26-06-2014 at 4.00 PM.
Tenders can be sent through registered post /speed post or dropped in the Tender Box at the office of the
Superintending Engineer, Fourth Circle, PWD (R&B), Agartala /Executive Engineer, Jirania Division, PWD, Jirania,/
S.D.O.(PWD)Jirania Sub-Divisio /S.D.O.(PWD), Mandai Sub-division /S.D.O. (PWD), Khayerpur Sub division / S.D.O.
(PWD) Khumulwng Sub-division, well within the last date for receipt of the tenders i.e. on 30-06-2014 up to 3.00 PM.
Sealed tenders received shall be opened by the Executive Engineer, Jirania Division, PWD, Jirania, Tripura west, in presence
of intending tenderers and other contractors who may like to be present at 3.30 PM on 30-06-2014 if possible .
The tender documents and details tender notice are available for inspection in the office of the Executive Engineer,
Jirania Division, PWD(R&B), Jirania, Tripura west, from 11.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. during office hours on all working
days specified as above.
