Junior resources and teacher guides provide significant opportunities for
integrated curriculum planning and language learning in Māori or English
medium classrooms.

Māori Junior Non-Fiction: Māori language readers
Ngā Kete Kōrero Māori language readers are designed to develop literacy.
There are four broad levels in the Ngā Kete Kōrero Framework:
Kete Harakeke; Kete Kiekie; Kete Pingao; Miro; and four sublevels: a, e, i, o.
Call numbers begin with 499.3, then abbreviate level, series and title,
