Our Process:

Study the nature of requirement: When contacted by a client for a vacancy
our experts study the job specifications in detail i.e nature of job,
qualification required etc.

Search Candidate: Our database is scanned for the candidates meeting the job
requirements.
o Short list Candidates:
o candidates are called for a preliminary interview in order to ascertain the
capabilities of the candidate as per details furnished by them in the CVs
o FOYER will brief the candidate about the career prospects and the company
and job profile in detail. Credentials of the candidates are reconfirmed.
 Selection by Client: CV of the candidate short-listed by us are sent to the client
for interview and selection. We are highly sensitive to our client confidentiality and
strictly adhere to client's confidentiality clause. We do not disclose our client
names in our company brochure.
