Milk, dal, cereals, salads and fruits are good for health. Try to make it a part of
child's daily meal.

Do not send eggs or noodles in child's tiffin.
3.
Do not use aluminium foil / newspaper for packing lunch, as both are harmful.
Use a fresh cloth napkin daily.
4.
The Child should drink at least two glasses of milk everyday.
5.
Discourage junk food. Make nutritious, hygienic and healthy snacks at home.
6.
Limit the amount of money given to children for buying chips, coke etc.
7.
Encourage your child to eat fresh fruits instead of drinking fruits juices.
8.
Children should not be force fed.
9.
Teeth brushing should be encouraged after every meal.
10. Discourage eating while watching T.V. The child tends to eat more.
11. Last but not the least, kindly stick to the menu.
