the 2014 Convocation Ceremony.

Graduands must:
1. Complete the SETARA Survey online
2. Print out a copy of the SETARA Survey Completion Slip
3. Submit the Survey Completion Slip at the designated counter before
collecting your robe during the robe collection days
Note:
The online portal will be opened to all graduands from 1 April 2014 at
http://graduat.mohe.gov.my/ You can complete the survey online at home or
at any internet outlet. Otherwise, please come early during the robe collection
day to complete the survey first at the following:

2. Date and duration of your job training/practicum/internship
3. Particulars of your current employment status:
 Name and job title/position

Terms and Procedures for
Convocation Registration
Fee Payment
To be eligible to attend the Convocation Ceremony, graduands must have:
1. No outstanding programme fees due to KLMUC or CiCT
2. Successfully completed your programme as verified by KLMUC or CiCT
3. Submitted a completed Request to Attend the Convocation Ceremony
Form and paid in full the applicable Convocation registration fee not later
than Friday, 28 February 2014. (Please see Appendix B for the Request
to Attend the Convocation Ceremony Form)
Note:
1. The Convocation registration fee is RM 380.00 which includes:

Convocation Ceremony invitation cards for the Graduand and two
(2) guests only

Graduation robe rental

Graduation colour hood rental, if applicable

Graduation mortarboard rental, if applicable

One (1) copy each of an 11R, 8R and 5R photograph

One (1) copy of your certificate

One (1) Certificate Scroll Box

Graduation High Tea for Graduand and two (2) guests only
2. Please make your payment at KLMUC or CiCT where you have
completed your programme of study.
3. Payment must be enclosed with the Request to Attend the Convocation
Ceremony Form. Please see Appendix B attached.
4. Payment MUST be paid not later than Friday, 28 February 2014.
5. Convocation Registration Fees paid are NOT REFUNDABLE under any
circumstances.
6. Convocation Registration Fees CANNOT be offset against any other fees
or any other student account.
7. Request for Convocation Registration Fees refund and/or any request
pertaining to the Convocation Registration Fees will NOT be entertained.
8. No request for additional Convocation Ceremony invitation cards will be
entertained since there are no extra seats available.

Invitation
 Convocation Ceremony Invitation must be presented in order to enter the
Convocation Hall.
 Each graduand is allowed to invite TWO (2) guests only into the


Convocation Hall.
The Convocation Ceremony Invitation will be issued to you during your
robe collection. Please bring along your original Convocation Payment
Receipt as proof of payment.
Children below 12 years old are not allowed to enter the Convocation
Hall.
