Foutch focuses on the development of it’s own properties.
Foutch houses an experienced design team dedicated to creating
stimulating , affordable spaces in the community.
Foutch acts as the General Contractor for all projects and self
performs specialized portions of the work.
Foutch strives to acquire property in areas of high demand for
housing and owns the property through at least the applicable
compliance period.
Foutch employs their own on-site management staff with
continued support from our management team in Kansas City,
Missouri.
Foutch prides itself on strict compliance with leasing
management, operations, and historic documentation
requirements.
Foutch creates and maintains athletic, youth, and fitness training
centers to actively unite families and communities.

sport complexes.
