Karnatak Rashtriya Educa on Society was

society of the northern part of the Karnataka state.

About our College:
The Karnatak College began with Commerce
faculty in 1970, now it caters to the needs of about
2200 students. The college has been appreciated for
its excellence in impar ng quality educa on in the
facul es of Arts, Science, Commerce, BCA and Post
gradua on courses in Kannada, Biotechnology,
Computer Science, Mathema cs, Commerce and
English. It is permanently aﬃliated to Gulbarga
University, Gulbarga and is re-accredited at A level by
NAAC with CGP 3.05.

Online broadband access and digital media are
drama cally changing the opportuni es available to
the na on's educators in improving GER (Gross
Enrollment Ra o). Our recent all India higher
educa on survey indicates that more teachers than
ever before are turning to digital media resources to
help their students to understand concepts, prac ce
new skills and engage in exci ng, authen c learning. Eresources has opened new avenues, like, online
learning, e-learning, virtual university, e-coaching, eeduca on, e-journal, etc. E- resources has broken the
monotony and provided variety in the teaching –
learning and research.
