KSi John Deere Dealership Portal Instructions Once logged in, you are directed to the JD Dealer Home page. This page shows all the previously requested quotes for the logged in dealership. If this is your first time logging in, no quotes will appear here and you will see a message that says “No records found”, as shown on the image to the right. To request a quote or submit a general inquiry to KSi, select the appropriate header. To the right is an example of the Planter Mount Quote Request form. The Dealership and Contact automatically populate from the user that is logged in and this information will be submitted to KSi along with the rest of the information on this form. All of the fields with a red asterisk are required. If desired, a Purchase Order number can also be provided, which will trigger an order to be placed for the conveyor / hopper that is being quoted. If a PO number is given, the shipping information becomes required. Once this form is completed, press the submit button to send this quote request off to KSi. After the form is submitted, you are redirected back to the home page, where you can see the quote request that you just submitted. At this point, the KSi representative will respond to the quote request. When they respond, you will get an email to the email address associated with the logged in user, alerting you that KSi has responded. In that email there will be a link, directing you to log in to the www.ksiconveyors.com/jddealer portal to view the response. To do this, find the correct quote # that KSi has responded to (this quote # will be in the email alert) from the JD Dealer Home page on this KSi portal. To the right of the year, there is a link that says, “KSi / JD Dealer Communication”. Click that link to open up and view all communication between yourself and KSi regarding this quote. This link opens up a new page that shows all the correspondence between KSi and the dealership that is currently logged in. The image to the right shows the response from KSi to the requested quote. To the right of the comments column, there is an attachment that can be downloaded. This will be how the quote is communicated to you, as the dealership. From here, you can respond to this message by pressing the “Send KSi a Message” button that shows up above the table. This opens up a page that allows you to write a comment and attach a file, if necessary. When this form is submitted, this message goes to KSi and then they can respond again to your question. To the right is an example of what this will look like after you have communicated a few times on one specific quote. Through this communication, feel free to place an order and provide a PO number as well as customer information. KSi John Deere Dealership Portal Instructions | KSi Conveyors, Inc. Alternatively, a PO number and shipping information can be tied directly into the quote as opposed to through the KSi / JD Delaer Communication page. To do this, return to the JD Dealer Home page, find the corresponding quote number, and then for that record, select the dealership ID text at the left of the table for that specific row. The image below shows a hand pointer over this text. This will open up additional details related to the quote and also give you a text field to add a PO number as well as the shipping details for the equipment. Once a PO is entered, the shipping information becomes required as this information is needed by KSi to enter this order. Once the PO number and shipping details are added, press the update button to update the record. This will alert KSi that this quote has been updated with additional details.
