instructions on using this portal

KSi John Deere Dealership Portal Instructions
Once logged in, you are directed to
the JD Dealer Home page. This page
shows all the previously requested
quotes for the logged in dealership. If
this is your first time logging in, no
quotes will appear here and you will
see a message that says “No records
found”, as shown on the image to the
right.
To request a quote or submit a general inquiry to KSi, select
the appropriate header. To the right is an example of the
Planter Mount Quote Request form. The Dealership and
Contact automatically populate from the user that is logged
in and this information will be submitted to KSi along with
the rest of the information on this form. All of the fields with
a red asterisk are required. If desired, a Purchase Order
number can also be provided, which will trigger an order to
be placed for the conveyor / hopper that is being quoted. If a
PO number is given, the shipping information becomes
required.
Once this form is completed, press the submit button to send this quote request off to KSi. After the form is
submitted, you are redirected back to the home page, where you can see the quote request that you just
submitted. Below is an example of what the home page looks like with a quote submission showing up.

At this point, the KSi representative will respond to the quote request. When they respond, you will get an
email to the email address associated with the logged in user, alerting you that KSi has responded. In that
email there will be a link, directing you to log in to the www.ksiconveyors.com/jddealer portal to view the
response.
To do this, find the correct quote #
that KSi has responded to (this quote
# will be in the email alert) from the
JD Dealer Home page on this KSi
portal. To the right of the year, there
is a link that says, “KSi / JD Dealer
Communication”. Click that link to
open up and view all communication between yourself and KSi regarding this quote.
This link opens up a new page
that
shows
all
the
correspondence between KSi
and the dealership that is
currently logged in. The image
to the right shows the
response from KSi to the
requested quote. To the right
of the comments column, there is an attachment that can be downloaded. This will be how the quote is
communicated to you, as the dealership.
From here, you can respond to this message by pressing the “Send
KSi a Message” button that shows up above the table. This opens
up a page that allows you to write a comment and attach a file, if
necessary. When this form is submitted, this message goes to KSi
and then they can respond again to your question.
To the right is an example of what this
will look like after you have
communicated a few times on one
specific
quote.
Through
this
communication, feel free to place an
order and provide a PO number as well
as customer information.

Alternatively, a PO number and shipping information
can be tied directly into the quote as opposed to
through the KSi / JD Delaer Communication page. To
do this, return to the JD Dealer Home page, find the
corresponding quote number, and then for that
record, select the dealership ID text at the left of the
table for that specific row. The image below shows a
hand pointer over this text.
This will open up additional details related to the quote and also give you a
text field to add a PO number as well as the shipping details for the
equipment. Once a PO is entered, the shipping information becomes
required as this information is needed by KSi to enter this order. Once the
PO number and shipping details are added, press the update button to
update the record. This will alert KSi that this quote has been updated with
additional details.
