Chief Financial Officer
Ken Theriault serves as the Chief Financial Officer for NetNumber, Inc. and is responsible
for all finance-related resources and functions. He has more than 25 years of finance and
tax experience, with a special focus on providing tax and finance services to high-tech
startup companies. Theriault also oversees NetNumber’s Human Resource and
Administrative function.
Prior to joining NetNumber, Theriault served as Senior Tax Manager/Treasurer at UNIFI
Communications, a global fax-over-IP company with locations in over 25 countries. He
has held senior finance and tax positions at HealthSource, Inc. and The General Chemical
Group (formerly part of The Henley Group, Inc.). Theriault began his career at KPMG, one
of the world’s largest accounting firms.
Theriault holds a MS in Taxation from Bentley College, a BS in Business
Administration/Accounting from Northeastern University, and a Certificate Degree in
Client/Server Application Programming from Boston University.
