It was time well spent, but I’d lost confidence and needed to upskill. I chose the National Certificate in Service Sector at TPP because it has a strong hospitality and tourism focus. I wanted to improve my customer service skills and learn to be a barista. It was fun being a mature student and the course definitely helped me transition back into work. I now work part-time at Shantytown and I’m also doing a NZ Diploma in Business at TPP. Ultimately, I’d like to be a hotel general manager.” Carole Gibb 3 & l i a t e R , m s i Tour y t i l r) a o t t c i e p S s Ho ificate in Service al (Nation Cert Level 3 Credit Value 53-56 Award National Certificate Location Greymouth Method of Study Full Time, 16 Weeks† Start Date February 2015 End Date June 2015 Domestic Total Cost $1,745 (2014 cost) International Total Cost Price on application Contact Ian Johnson † Excluding Holidays No Fees* Youth Guarantee *Conditions apply 4 What will you study?
