LDK Parking Enforcement are authorised by
Middlesbrough College to enforce control
of parking on all Middlesbrough College
owned or leased land.

All parking permits are available from the FM Service Desk
within the main building.
Exemptions
Parking enforcement is in place between 8am and 4pm. Parking
is free for customers after 4pm and on Weekends. Parking is free
to valid permit holders and customers to the College on MFC
Match Days.

Appeal Procedure
PCN (Parking Charge Notice) may be cancelled following LDK’s
appeals process. The appeals process is stated on the PCN ticket.
All appeals received by LDK will be vetted and either upheld or
accepted by the College. PCNs issued shall be £50.00 (reduced to
£25.00 if paid within 14 days).
