Seven, Six & Five-A-Side Tournament

Elm Grove Football Club are inviting your club to enter our 10th annual football tournament.
The tournament will be held on:
Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th June at
Whiteley Village, Burwood Road, Hersham, Surrey
Cost per team = £35
Saturday (9:00am)

under 7’s, & 15’s
under 8’s, 13’s & 14’s
under 10’s 11’s
under 9’s, 12’s & 14’s girls
Our World Cup themed tournament is open to age groups from Under 7’s to Under 15’s.
Please note that age groups refer to those current for the 2013-14 season. The following will be available
during the tournament:
7-a-side will be played in ages Under 7 & 8 (max 10 players per squad)
6-a-side will be played in ages Under 9, 10 & 11 (max 8 players per squad)
5-a-side will be played in ages Under 12, 13, 14, 15 (max7 players per squad)
Trophies will be issued for winners and runners up.
All participants in the under 7’s & 8’s tournament will receive a medal.
A cup or shield will be presented to the team winning each age group with the
exception of U7’s & U8’s.
• Qualified referees will be officiating all games.
• Other activities will be available.
• Refreshments.
If you wish to join this successful tournament, please complete the entry form on the next page and return
it to the tournament organiser. Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The closing date for
entries is 24th May 2014. Entry fee is £35 per team. You will receive email confirmation ASAP or by 28th May
2014. We advise that entries reach us promptly to avoid disappointment.
