supplies. For works tender, contractor should have executed similar type of work & approximately of the same value for each
work in PGVCL or any other Government Department. Whereas for the supply tender, suppliers should submit copies of order for
quoted items from their clients, executed in past.

TENDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
(For Example)
1. EMD to be paid @ 1% of Estimated cost.
2. Postage charge Rs.50/- extra. Over Tender Fee
3. Other details such as payment of SD, work/supply specification, drawing, earliest opening date and other related terms
are available with Tender copy.
4. Sales Tax Number, PAN No., Income Tax clearance Certificate and Solvency Certificate, etc. are mandatory in the case
of supply.
5. Tenders will be issued to the contractors having P.F. Code, Service Tax Registration Number only.
6. The undersigned reserves all the rights to cancel one or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.
7. For HT, LT, TC & Replacement of TC work Minimum Local Concerned field office Inquiry Order & work Experience
required is must direct under PGVCL Company.
8. For Fabrication work related local work order experience required in Local area.
9. For Hiring of Vehicle PAN Card, License is required.
10. Electrical Contractors License is required if applicable.
11. For the work of Erection / Maintenance of HT-LT-TC work, one contractor liable to lifting of only one tender at a time
for only one s/dn office irrespective off tender is floated for more than one s/dn. (Due to enhancement of Contractor
in the interest of the company).
