Role
The Business Analyst delivers integrated solutions based on Keystone products, which meet the
business requirements of the customer.
This requires a complete understanding of all Keystone products and the business environment into
which the solution will fit. This means understanding how the Keystone modules interact with other
systems, and the different options for the customer solution.
The Business Analyst will capture client business requirements, in terms of process flows, data flows
and integration, in order to recommend an appropriate Keystone solution.
Working as part of an implementation team, they will brief the Project Manager and Data Analyst to
ensure that the solution meets the requirements in terms of data configuration and integration
capabilities.
The BA will define and agree customer specific training objectives to be delivered by the training
team.
Responsibilities
The Business Analyst is ultimately responsible for the quality of the data in the solution and the
solutions fit for purpose.



Participate in the sales handover meeting
Lead the project scoping meeting
Advise the Project Manager of suitable tasks for planning and resourcing purposes

Chair Configuration workshop
Chair business analysis workshops such as KSI workflow workshops
Provide business consultancy around the correct use of a module in a given solution e.g.
KPM consultancy.
Capture and advise customer requirements for data sources, reporting, data flows and
integration.
Understand and define interfacing requirements, and communicate to the Data Analyst to
ensure that the configuration meets the solution requirements
Communicate with the training team to ensure they are appropriately prepared for
delivering impactful training, in terms of training objectives and other pertinent information
Perform quality testing and approve solution release to the customer
Undertake business consultancy work from time to time
Update timesheets
