RESULTATS OPERATIONELS:
L’établissement est exploité au travers d’un contrat de gestion d’une
durée de 20 ans. Les détails du contrat de gestion sont à disposition des
investisseurs ayant signé un accord de confidentialité. Le propriétaire
bénéficie actuellement d’une garantie contractuelle sur le RBE à hauteur
de 1,6 M € (indexée) minimum par an sur la durée du contrat.

le contrat de gestion).
Prix :
23 000 000 € (hors honoraires).
Rendement brut : 7.06% (Basé sur le prix demandé, et le RBE projeté à fin
2013, soit E 1.624m).
