ENVIRO CARE provides professional cleaning and maintenance services. Established since 2008, we are relatively a young company, but in terms of experience both in business and cleaning and maintenance services are full of wisdom. With dedication to extend our professionalism to meet our customer’s expectation, we reach out to serve our customer through the best cost effective, best quality, trustworthy services and efficient delivery channels. We have a strong management team and skilled work force that has vast experience in related field, covering many aspects to ensure that every job is carried out to the highest standards. We are not antiquated, but contemporary and always efficient towards our business practices, standard operating procedures, methods, equipment and cleaning services. We currently have employed 28 cleaning employees, both part time and full time basis, with the figures constantly and consistently expanding. Every facilities receives a regular inspection from one of our supervisor. On a weekly basis an inspection report is printed for review by Operation’s Manager, indicating sites visited, problems encountered and steps taken to correct them. •Each quarter we mail you a rating card to fill out and return, so that you can rate our services and tell us if anything needs improvement. •We keep a log book at your site where you may leave instructions for our staffs and where our staffs can pass important information to you about unusual conditions they have observed in your facility (for example, doors left unlocked or lights left on) •Our supervisor in charge will do monitoring while they are working. Besides, all the staff have their own work sheet to-do and schedule. They have to records all the task consistently and pass to our supervisor for check up. • All the staff are responsible for compliance with the quality management system by attends training every quarterly and immediately if the performance is drop. This training is for ensuring that all procedures and works are properly executed and standards are meet. • For always beyond the boundaries, we execute a performance appraisal and we have set a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) to our individuals and teams.
