forms and expressions, thus giving birth to this project,
ALLIANCE OF ARTS.
The aspiration of Federica Bacci on the path she chooses to browse through
this journey in the world of Art and Culture is to create and organise the link
between different artists that she met to share their universe.
These well known artists around the world, transmit their passion during
evenings private or public, who become moments of life dedicated to art
and culture in exceptional locations in which the creativity and expression
are guests of honour.
Hence music, singing, dancing, painting sculpture and gastronomy
mingle with magic, blending their essences and embracing each other
in a majestic Ballet.
The production of unknown talents and their media development of course,
naturally arise in this program.
During the various events, associations and foundations are invited

Auctions with an auctioneer are organised for the benefit of these
foundations and associations.

WHOLE project une toute jeune société née de la rencontre entre deux producteurs
entrepreneurs : Virginie Lancetti cinéma et publicité et Jérôme Oliveira télévision tous deux
motivés par l’envie de faire partager et converger des projets de différentes natures autour
d’une quête holistique, réaliste et contemporaine du Bonheur. Une prochaine rencontre et
deux projets audiovisuels sont parallèlement en cours de développement.

The colors and flavors of a great chef
Alain Llorca is one of those rare emblematic chefs whose style is instantly recognisable.
Synonym for “Cuisine du Sud», he is one of the jewels of this gastronomy which participates
in the reputation of the French Riviera. Considered today as one of the pillars of contemporary
Mediterranean cuisine, Llorca has had a passion for the culinary art since his early childhood. He
interested himself in cooking at the age of just 11. From these small dishes he will forever
keep the souvenir of smells and flavors of his youth. At the « Lycee Hotelier » school in Nice,
he showed an enthusiasm for this business that he embraces with his whole being. He
then entered the restaurant “Les Peintres”, on the hill of the Cagnes-sur-Mer castle.
His love of refined work, and the beginnings of enormous potential are then noticed
and rewarded with a Macaron Michelin.
These qualities lead the young cook at the Hotel Negresco, mythical palace of the Promenade
des Anglais, in Nice. For eight years, he forged his technique, refined its personality and expressed
an incredible creative sense. The recognition result of hard work will come with the honors
of the Michelin guide, who gives him two stars, in 1996. The press and the critics are
unanimous to compliment this local talent, whose gastronomy is continuously pushing
the limits of this art. Alain Llorca becomes the emblem of a southern kitchen that the
planet discovers and relishes. Perfectionism in the soul, he never ceases to revisit the
best products that the region provides him with generosity.
In 2004, his rise made him a worthy successor to Roger Verge at the Moulin de Mougins.
During the four years that follow, anonymous stars and gourmets queue up around its
tables, given two macaroons in the Guide Rouge to discover this unfettered creativity,
sunny and festive, that everyone is talking about. This exceptional artist arouses
admiration. In 2007, he launched an innovative concept of quality “bistronomie» in Vallauris,
the “Cafes Llorca». He will then cook at the furnaces of the Hotel Belles Rives to Juan-les-Pins,
the time of one season. He is a happy man who welcomes you in his house, opened in 2009 in La Colle-sur-Loup,
under the gaze of Saint-Paul de Vence, one of the most beautiful villages in France. His
restaurant has been starred since 2012.
