those activities proven most effective for both immediate and long term success. As you move from rank to rank, success to
success, you will see your income grow rapidly and sustainably. You are compensated for generating sales volume and for
building a strong organization. Very simply, as you do more, you earn more. Juuva guarantees 50% of PV is paid out in bonuses
each week and is a seamless global Prosperity Plan!
Juuva’s unique program rewards Distributors with four simple and focused Bonuses, each unlimited in its reward potential:
1. Retail Profits – resale of Juuva products to Customers
Juuva believes in providing a “genuine” retail opportunity so you have the ability to generate immediate income. You can earn Retail Profits
(the difference between the price you purchase products at and the price your Customer purchases products from you). No MPV1 is required
to earn Retail Profits.
2. Fast Start Bonus – a one-time reward each time you Personally Enroll a new Distributor
For each new Distributor you Personally Enroll you will receive a one-time Fast Start Bonus. The size of this bonus is dependent on the Tier
that your new Distributor enrolls at. Fast Start Bonuses are paid weekly . No MPV is required to earn Fast Start Bonuses.

3. Multi-Leg Bonus – paid on product Point Value (PV) from your entire organization
Earn up to $15,000 per week on each Pay Leg! At the close of each commission week the computer sorts the Legs in your Placement Tree2
and identifies the Reference Leg – the Leg with the most PV in your organization that week (including available Carryover PV 3). All Legs other
than your Reference Leg are your Pay Leg(s). When you have a minimum of 70 MPV and meet your Enrollment Tree PV Requirement4, you are
eligible to earn 10% to 11% of your Pay Leg(s) PV. As you qualify for higher Ranks, your “Paid As Rank” (meet all the requirements for that
Rank) will increase your percentage up to 13%.
4. Leadership Matching Bonus – paid on Levels or Generations, based on the earnings of others in your business
Unlimited earnings! The Leadership Matching Bonus pays a percentage of the Multi-Leg Bonus earned by the Distributors in your Enrollment
Tree5 3 Levels deep in each Enrollment Leg or, alternately, up to 9 Generations. Earnings through Levels and Generations are explained
separately below. You must have at least 70 MPV and meet the Enrollment Tree PV Requirement to qualify for Leadership Matching Bonus.
LEVELS: In your Enrollment Tree, everyone you have personally enrolled is on your first level. Everyone they have personally enrolled is on your
second level. And everyone they have enrolled is on your third level. There is no limit to the number of Distributors that can be on any level of your
Enrollment Tree.
GENERATIONS: Every week that you achieve the “Paid As Rank” of Triple Platinum or above, you are automatically eligible for Generations of
Leadership Matching Bonus instead of Levels. Generations are far more lucrative than Levels because the number of Distributors in your Enrollment
Tree that you earn Leadership Matching Bonus from can increase significantly. Your first Generation is from you through, and including, your first
“Paid As” Triple Platinum or above in each of your Enrollment Tree Legs. Generation 2 is from the first Personal Distributor(s) of your “Paid As” Triple
Platinum or above continuing through, and including, the next “Paid As” Triple Platinum or above. Generation 3 is a repeat of 2, and so on.
Juuva Ranks and Recognition
Juuva is all about your success. When you earn Juuva Ranks, you are recognized in many ways for your achievements and have the
opportunity to qualify for everything from higher bonuses, amazing incentive trips, and much more. The Juuva Ranks are designed in a
systematized manner to help you go step by step from new Distributor to the level of success you wish to achieve.

MPV (Maintenance PV) – the amount of PV you are required to generate by personal purchases and/or Customer sales every 28 days.

Carryover PV – all PV from all Pay Legs is used to calculate Carryover PV - unmatched PV (the amount of PV in your Reference Leg, exceeding the sum of all
Pay Legs) is carried over to subsequent weeks. Some rules apply.

Enrollment Tree PV Requirement – a minimum amount of PV generated in a 4 week period from your Enrollment Tree in your Reference Leg and Pay Leg.

Enrollment Tree – much like a family tree, your Enrollment Tree establishes your connection with everyone you have personally enrolled and the
Distributors they have personally enrolled and so on. Your Enrollment Tree does not include Distributors in your business who were enrolled by anyone in
your Upline.
