Small Group Training Information
Circuit
With the use of our MYZONE® Training Digital Screen System, this class offers clients a high intensity metabolic training
workout, using our state of the art Keiser M3 Indoor Cycle bikes, Indo-Row water rowers, and strength training exercises.
This program will monitor individual HR, % effort, calories burned, and track long term improvement.
MVe®
The next generation of Pilates equipment‐based small group personal training. Utilizing the Pilates chair you will build
strength, flexibility, and endurance in this innovative workout. Inexperienced Pilates Chair users should first try our MVe®
Foundations class.
TRX® Suspension Training
Born in the U.S. Navy SEALs and developed by Fitness Anywhere®, Suspension Training® is a revolutionary method of
leveraged bodyweight exercise. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance,
mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.
MVe®/Mix Up
This class combines the MVe® workout mixed with personal training elements such as the TRX®, Bosu balance ball trainer,
and light hand weights to challenge the body!
Personal Training Circuit
You will achieve individual goals because you will get individual attention! The benefits of personal training with a lower
cost! Trainers will ensure your safety as you increase your fitness through functional strength training and cardio, using
different equipment in every workout.
Essential Reformer (ESST)
Participants must have SOME reformer experience prior to taking this class. The pace is moderate, yet challenging and will
stretch and tone all muscle groups. This class is great for participants who are new to Reformer classes.
Intermediate Reformer (INT)
A more advanced workout, participants MUST have reformer experience prior to taking this class. This dynamic and
challenging full-body workout focuses on improving flexibility and core strength. This is an Intermediate/Advanced level
workout.
JUMPBOARD Circuit
A blend of hard core Pilates Reformer moves with the addition of low impact cardio training using the JUMPBOARD.
Experience Pilates like never before. An invigorating workout that has you transitioning from toning your body with Pilates
moves, heart pumping JUMPBOARD training, and finishing up with a deep stretch. Some Reformer experience is required.
Reformer/Barre
This small group class combines our classic Pilates Reformer workout, with CORE’s signature Body Barre routine.
Some Reformer experience is required.
Reformer Mix Up
Every week this small group class will rotate between our classic Pilates Reformer work out, JUMPBOARD Circuit, and CORE’s
signature Body Barre routine. This gives you a chance to try it all without getting bored! Some Reformer experience is
required.
Power ½ Hour Reformer Workout
Pressed for time? Then this high intensity budget friendly workout designed for people on the go is for you! Set
routines, consisting of exercises carefully selected for maximum benefit in the ½ hour class, will rotate every 5 weeks. Prior
reform experience required. Single class: $14 Packages: 6 classes: $72; 12 classes: $120
