MSS is a partnership company incorporated in 2011 with the main object of offering solutions in
Training, Managed Services and Software Services. The company is supported by team of
professionally qualified subject matter experts in the areas of Skill development, manpower
supply and software development.
Training
MSS works very closely with the stake holders in Training and Employment space. MSS has the
potential and strong network in mobilizing the youth, execute capacity building and create
awareness amongst the youth on various skill development initiatives by public and private
organizations. MSS initiatives help the unemployed youth both at rural and urban areas and to
get trained with the skills and industry accepted job roles as per National Occupational Standards
(NOS), National Vocational Qualification Framework (NVQF), Modular Employable Skills (MES)
and other specific standard courses. MSS is associated with some of the leading Organizations
who are partnering with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Directorate General of
Employment and Training (DG&ET), Vocational Training Providers (VTP’s), MSME, MoRD etc to
offer employable skills to youth of this nation.

Managed Services
MSS supply trained and qualified manpower to their clientele. This is forward integration of the

MSS is now franchisee ERP for MSME segment, MSS has partnered with Bitranet and offer
services in software customization and implementation.

Present Status:
MSS is now working to train and certify around 2,000 youth by Aug 2014 as per NSDC STAR
Scheme. NSDC has launched Standard Training Assessment Reward (STAR) Scheme to train youth
in various Job Roles as per the Qualification Packs defined by NOS. MSS has network of 40
training centres well equipped with Labs, Content developers, faculty to offer industry accepted
training programs. MSS has signed on the job Training with Industry partners to impart practical
training classes. All the training centres have lab as per the requirements of the training
program(s).
