Sheela M. Krishnaswami received her B.E. (Honors) degree in ECE from University of Madras, M.E. degree in
Applied Electronics from Anna University and M.Eng (Research degree) from National University of Singapore.
She has 23 years of R&D, 4 years of teaching and 4 years of consulting experience. She has held R&D positions at
ISRO Satellite Center, SAMEER, Tait Electronics, NZ, Lucent Technologies, USA, Andrew Corp., USA and C-DOT
Alcatel Lucent Research Center. She has served as Professor-ECE at Saranathan College of Engineering., Trichy,
Mandsaur Inst. of Technology, Mandsaur and Meenakshi College of Engineering, Chennai. She has been a
consultant at C-DOT Alcatel Lucent Research Center and Scientific Mes Technik Pvt Ltd. She has presented
invited talks at engineering colleges and IEEE-APS Madras Chapter events. She has experience in designing RF/
Microwave circuits for terrestrial link, satellite subsystems, power amplifiers for VHF/UHF radios and WCDMA
MCLAs, WiMAX CPEs and EMI/EMC research
Bhupinder Singh received his Master’s Degree in Microwave System Design from IIT Kanpur, Kanpur India. He
has 23 years of RF system / subsystem design, development and testing for Govt, Military, and Cellular and VSAT
industry. He is currently Director-Technical at RF Specialities. He was a scientist at Aeronautical Development
Establishment from 1991-2001. Previously he was RF Design Lead at HFCL, DMC-STRATEX, Blackbay, Technical
Head-Telecom R&D at Astra MWP, Eminent Systems. He is an advanced user of Simulation tools like ADS, MWO,
ALTIUM and ACAD. He is skilled at using Spectrum Analyzer, NW Analyzer, Vector Signal Analyzers, signal
