Sub:
Instructions for the Teachers and Students participating in 'Swachh Bharat
Abhiyan' at India Gate on 20d October 2014, the birth anniversary of Mahatma
Gandhi.
(1)
The following buses will report at the school for ferrying the students from their
respective schools to India Gate and back. The buses will report at the school at
around 6.00 a.rn.

It will be the responsibility of the escorting teachers to take every care of the
students being taken by them from their schools to India Gate and back to their
respective schools. They should start from the school in such a manner so as to
reach India Gate at around 7.30 a.rn.
(3)
It must be ensured that each and every student carries his I her school identity
card for identification.
(4)
The escorting teachers must carry with them a list of the participating students of
their school. Besides this, each and every escorting teacher must carry his/her
photo identity card and the security pass issued by the security agency. It may be
noted that no entry will be permissible without photo identity card and security
pass. These security passes will be provided by the sports branch. It must be
ensured that the security pass is returned back in sports branch by 9th October
2014 positively.

No student will take any kind of bag, purse, mobile phone, water bottle, camera
etc. with him/her.
(6)
Similarly, the escorting teachers will not carry any kind of bag, purse, water
bottle, camera etc. with him/her. The escorting teachers are allowed to carry their
mobile phones but frisking will be done by the security personnel. During the
entire programme,

the mobile phone should be on 'silent mode'.

Each and every school will be provided two copies of Route numbers allotted to
them.
These routes number copies are to be displayed on the front glass as well
as back glass of the bus. Each and every student must be informed about his I
her route number bus so that he I she can easily search for his bus, in case of
any difficulty.
(9)
As soon as the bus starts from the school for India Gate, the message will be
given to Mrs. Raj kumari, Supervisor (Phy. Edn.) on her mobile number. The
alighting of the students will be done at Janpath - Rajpath crossing. Thereafter,
the students have to take their seats at Rajpath on 1st come 1st serve basis.

The
Each and every school will be provided refreshment packets and drinking water
bottle for the morning. The escorting teachers must ensure that the refreshment
packets get served in the bus to the participating students and the students eat
the refreshment in the bus itself. They should not throw out the waste from the
buses but collect it in a box.
(11)
No panic should be created in de-boarding the bus at Janpath - Rajpath crossing
as the schools are having sufficient time with them. While de-boarding the bus,
the escorting teachers must carry the mobile number of the driver of their bus.
(12)
The officers I officials on duty will guide the students and teachers for their proper
seating.
(13)
Once the programme
is over, the students and teachers
have to return in the
same bus.
(14)
After the programme
is over at India Gate,
refreshments
and drinking water
bottles will be served to the students and teachers near Children Park. So, they
should head towards Children Park and after taking refreshments and drinking
water bottle, they should board their respective buses which will be parked on the
outer circle of the India Gate.

Thyagraj Stadium on 1" October 2014 at 4.00 p.rn. to collect the following items:
