Nick Cave, Director / Project Manager
Bachelor of Urban Development (Construction Management), QUT
With over ten years’ experience in the construction
sector working for some of Australia’s leading private
construction companies, Nick has a true passion for
the built form. He prides himself on a high level of
professionalism through his communication and also
his keen eye for detail and time management –
he delivers what he says and to a high quality.
Project experience
Possessing technical knowledge in the areas of project management,
contract administration and design management, Nick has the
ability to take the project from initial concept through full design
and documentation, construction and to final handover.

His strong negotiation skills coupled with his ability to network
and relate to subcontractors, consultants and suppliers enable
him to provide complete solutions in regards to cost, quality
and programme. He has also been recognised over time for his
outstanding commitment to safety, namely Zero Harm at Work
and his ongoing commitment as Safety Champion.
Nick has experience in the commercial, residential, industrial and
energy/gas sectors. Within these sectors he has worked on a range
of new builds, fit-outs and refurbishments varying in size, complexity
and value. He holds strong to his personal values and enjoys his
ability to mentor his team to really build strength and performance
to benefit their growth and development.
