The HAT Model
Healing - Coaching that addresses

they look for achievement coaching.
Transcendence – Any coaching that
helps an individual in a spiritual context, to do

work (became a therapist to deal with issues
around a father with Narcissistic Personality
Disorder).
Couldn’t get past a feeling of low self-esteem, no
matter his accomplishments
The #1 take away…
• He had been using his Harmony process to
assess his value through the approval/
disapproval of others. He exercised Harmony
to stop seeing it purely self-reflectively, but
also how he can give back in a big way. By
quieting the approval/disapproval voice, he
was able to understand the difference
between his ego and his self and recognize
that his thoughts/feelings aren’t ‘him’.
