This is to announce that his product has been certified pursuant to TSÚS procedures as accredited
product certification body and
confirms that product properties:
chemical composition (SiO 2, Al2O3, CaO, MnO, MgO, FeO, S, K2O, Na2O content), moisture, grain
size, specific density, apparent density, ecotoxicological tests (fish mortality, daphnia immobilisation,
algae and plant stimulation), release of noxious agents (included in Material Safety Data Sheet),

Ra specific activity, specific activity index, chemical composition of water extract (pH value,
concentration of Al, As, Ba, Cd, Cr, Co, Cu, Hg, Mo, Ni, Pb, Sb, Se, Sn, V, Zn, chlorides, fluorides,
SO4, DOC, CRL, highly soluble cyanides and phenol index) –
are in accordance with the following criteria:
GRASIMAT Technical List No. TL-OFZ-6/03 issued by OFZ, a. s. Istebné effective from June 1,
2014, STN 83 8303: 1999, Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic Reg. No. 528/2007, Ministry of
Environment of the Slovak Republic Reg. No.310/2013, Act No. 67/2010 –
Intended Use of Product: Granulometrically modified slag GRASIMAT is a bulk inert material
used for underground applications such as placing and packing of non-metallic sewage, water and
other pipelines, as a background material for ground wirings, and spreading material for winter road
maintenance. –
This certificate is issued as per Product Certification Report No. 00035/TSUS/B/2014 dated June
23, 2014.
This certificate is effective from July 7, 2014 and issued for an indefinite period.
Annual inspections, and sampling for control checks are an integral part of product certificate.
Note:
Reproduction of the whole of this certificate is allowed. Reproduction of any part of this certificate
shall be made upon prior consent of certification body. Misuse of this certificate is prohibited and
shall be deemed an offence under relevant rules.
