This field trial is open to all AKC registered pointing breeds and is being held under the
rules and procedures of the American Kennel Club, Inc.
Entries will be limited to the number of dogs that can be safely run during daylight hours
and entries will close if this is reached prior to specified closing date and time.
Bitches in season may only compete in the last brace of the last stake each
day.
E-mail, fax and phone entries will not be accepted
Please waive signature for USPS delivery
Payment must be received by the Field Trial Secretary prior to the drawing for
the field trial unless prior arrangements have been confirmed by the Secretary.

Single course without birdfield.
Native and/or liberated quail in all stakes.
All stakes will be 30 minutes, except Open Puppy (20 min)
Blank cartridges will be fired in puppy stakes if bird contact is made.
NO OPEN BARREL GUNS PERMITTED and only up to .38 caliber.
Horseback handling is permitted in all stakes.
Use of AKC approved tracking collars/GPS devices is permitted.
Horses will not be provided by Mid-Florida Brittany Club, Inc.
Weather and field conditions permitting, AKC Handicapped AKC
Accommodation Letter holders may handle from an ATV.

Field Trial Committee
Camping is allowed on the J Y Wilson Field Trial Grounds. All camping in
primitive. If you need electricity bring a generator! Water is available on the
grounds. For those camping for the night(s) open fires are not allowed on the
grounds at any time. Campers may use a gas grill or the fire may be used for
cooking.
If you, your dogs, horses, family members and/or guests dig holes, the holes
are to be filled before departure. Campers are to pick up all trash around
their camp or parking site before departure. This includes cleaning up manure
(horse and dog) and leftover hay. Please scatter leftover hay in the woods.
All dog poop bags must be placed in a trash can. Please do not put trash on
the ground. Trash containers are available.

General Information
Training on the field trial grounds, adult dogs or puppies is not permitted during
any AKC licensed field event.
For the purpose of determining any misconduct during an AKC Licensed
Event, the event is not considered over until all participants have left the
grounds and the gate is locked.
Excessive drinking will not be tolerated. Please do not drink and drive.
Directions
From I-75N, take exit 423 onto SR 47 towards Ft. White, FL; From I75S, turn left
onto SW SR47. Travel .3 miles and turn right onto SW CR 242. Travel 7.7 miles
and turn right onto SW Salem Road. Travel .3 miles and turn at 2nd gate on left
of large hay barn.
Lodging
Lake City offers a number of good quality hotels. Please check hotel
listings on the internet for availability.
Food
Complimentary coffee will be provided each morning of the event by the
Mid-Florida Brittany Club, Inc. (MFBC). Complimentary lunch w/drink and
complimentary water and sodas will be available each day.
Supper each evening will be on your own. A grill will be available for
anyone that wants to grill out.

consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I (we) agree to abide by the rules and regulations of The American Kennel Club in effect at the time of this
event, and any additional rules and regulations appearing in the premium list of this event and entry form and any decision made in accord with them. I
(we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient. In consideration of the
acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we)
agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner
and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned
parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused
directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we)
personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim
