MEMBERSHIP RULES
Membership is free. Must be 18 years or older to be a member of Oneida
Casino’s Players Club. 18 - 20 year olds are restricted to Bingo/Class II
games only. All Players Club cards are the sole property of Oneida Casino;
benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named
on the card. Performing account transactions on any Players Club card
other than your own is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise authorized by
Oneida Casino.
Points are awarded for tracked play on slots, table games, bingo, off-track
betting and poker. Earned points have cash value and can be accessed
directly at any slot machine through use of a Personal Identification
Number, or at any Players Club. Cash redemption receipts obtained at
any Players Club must be redeemed at the Main-Airport Dr./IMAC-Airport
Dr./W. Mason St. cashier area. The minimum cash back at any Players
Club is 1000 points which equals $10. Cash back will begin at $10
and increase in $5 increments up to $100. From $100 - $500, cash
back will be given in $10 increments. You may redeem a maximum of
$8,000 in earned points daily.
Customers may elect to redeem their points at various points of sale
including hotel, food and room purchases. Points redeemed at point of
sale will be deducted from customer’s account. A valid photo government ID, driver license or passport is required when redeeming points for
rooms, food, merchandise or cash back. (Proof of Social Security number
required, when applicable.)
It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure their Players Club card is
inserted properly into card reader(s) and functioning normally when
playing slots, and to ensure that department personnel are aware of play
when playing table games, bingo, off-track betting or poker. Oneida
Casino is not responsible for untracked play due to player negligence.
Players Club Membership is non-transferable and may not be redeemed by
any person except the named person on the card. Membership points may
not be redeemed through an estate, power of attorney or other mechanism
in which the Players Club Member attempts to transfer ownership of the
points. Oneida Casino uses member information for internal purposes only.
Member information is not sold.
Players CLUB
The use of an Oneida Casino Players Club card constitutes acceptance
of the club’s terms and conditions. Players Club cards are the property
of Oneida Casino and may be revoked at any time per Management’s
discretion. Violation of Players Club Membership rules may result in the
forfeiture of membership and accumulated points. Oneida Casino is not
responsible for lost or stolen cards, including any resulting misuse. Oneida
Casino reserves the right to revise or cancel Players Club promotions at
any time without prior notice. Players Club benefits and promotional rewards are not intended to create a property interest in card holder.
Gaming employees may have Players Club cards, however, employee
accounts are not eligible to earn club points or participate in promotional
offers. Gaming employees are required to identify themselves as an
employee, or disciplinary action in accordance with the Personnel Policies
and Procedures may result. The decision of Oneida Casino Management
regarding dispute resolution or rules interpretation shall be final.
The Players Club is not open to Business Committee Members,
Gaming Commission Members, or individuals who are prohibited from
participating in gaming activities pursuant to the Oneida Nation Gaming
Ordinance, or any other tribal law or regulation. Membership rules may
change without prior notice. 4.10.14
Management reserves the right to adjust account balances for the
settlement of rooms, food, event expenses, merchandise, hardware and
software malfunctions. Any necessary point adjustments may take up to
72 hours to complete.
Players agree to allow the use of their name and likeness for promotions/
advertising and announcements without compensation where permitted.
Oneida Casino is required to send a 1099 form to all customers that have
accrued $600 or more in prizes within a calendar year. This form is for
Miscellaneous Income, per IRS tax regulations.
Club accounts will be deemed inactive after 15 months of non-use.
Active account points and Free Play must be redeemed within 15 months
of being earned or they will expire and be purged from player’s account.
Monthly point expiration process is First In, First Out (FIFO).
In the event that a guest becomes banned (or self-banned) from Oneida
Casino, the membership account and points will become inactive and
not accessible for the duration of the ban. Banned patrons are not
allowed to participate in promotions, or be awarded any type of jackpot.
Players Club points shall continue to expire during any banned period as
set forth in these rules.
