OWENSBORO DAVIESS COUNTY BABE RUTH LEAGUE 2014 REGISTRATION The ODC Babe Ruth League announces sign-ups for 13-16 year olds with the age cutoff date April 30, 2014. ODC Babe Ruth is open to all Daviess Co. & Owensboro residents. ODC offers League play, League Tournament and National all-star competition in each age division. DIVISIONS 13-16 High School Competitive league: This Division is for the top area High School players. They will play for their respective High School and play against other area High Schools. Most all games will be played during the week. This Division was formed to give players a more competitive challenge needed to advance further in baseball. This Division starts after High School Freshman, JV season is over. *13 year olds in High School Division may also play in Prep League Division if they desire. The Prep league and High School Division play on different nights so they can play both. 13-16 Prep/Middle School League: This Division is for players wanting to learn and play the great game of baseball against players of their own caliber. All players that try-out will make a team. This division has a mandatory play rule. * 13 year old that plays in the High School Division may also play in this division if they choose. There may also be a Middle School Division added within Prep League.
