Objectives
1. Introduction to Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) and an update on new evidence-based medicine
applications and findings
2. Review barriers and obstacles to application of OMM in the clinical setting and provide possible solutions.
3. Learn how to integrate an osteopathic structural examination into the physical examination of your patient,
without requiring additional time.
4. Learn to perform and apply high yield techniques that everyone can integrate into everyday practice.
5. Discuss proper documentation, coding, and billing for OMM procedures.
NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine is the sponsor for this event and
is accredited by the AOA to provide Continuing Education Credits

Prerequisites: Completion of undergraduate OMM courses.
Parking: Parking is available in the general parking area outside the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine.
