David has experience in negotiating and drafting corporate sale and purchase agreements, farm-out agreements and a product sharing contract. He has assisted and run a variety of due diligence exercises, has drafted transaction documents and has run the Master Deed process in its online and paper form. David did a short secondment at a leading IOC where he supported the in-house legal team with a large UK continental shelf transaction.
