Asia Oceania Tax Consultants’ Association (AOTCA) was established in 1992, formed by 21
international organizations from 17 countries throughout Asia and Oceania. AOTCA aims at not
only protecting tax consultants’ proficiency and rights, but also guarding tax administration
related services for nationals. International Convention of Asia Oceania Tax Consultants’
Association is hosted in turn by different countries every year. The main objective of the
convention is to bring together academicians, researchers and practitioners to present, discuss
and further develop views on aspects of tax administration. The 2014 International Convention of
AOTCA will serve as a premier platform where new ideas and latest developments in the tax field
can be addressed and discussed, as well as to facilitate the exchange of hands-on experiences
from practical operations and also to enhance the international academic communication and
cooperation.
