regarding a belligerent intoxicated male subject. The
subject was found not to be a student with OWU. The
subject would not cooperate with officers and was found
to be under the age of 21. The subject was arrested and
charged with underage consumption of alcohol,
obstructing official business and disorderly conduct
while intoxicated.

Through the investigation, the operator of the vehicle
was found to be in possession of Marijuana and was
charged with that violation.

Central Avenue in regard to drug abuse. Evidence of
heroin abuse was collected at the scene; the suspect
fled prior to police contact. This matter is under

large attacked and bit another dog while it was walked
on a leash with its owner. The leashed dog sustained

Two individuals were caught attempting to flee the area
and were subsequently arrested. Arrested were a 27
year old female from Mount Vernon, OH and a 29 year
old male from Newark, OH. Stolen was approximately
$500 in miscellaneous merchandise.
