PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO OWNERS OF LAND AFFECTED BY THE DITCH PETITION TO CONSIDER PROPOSED DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MOONEY DITCH #75 WATERSHED AREA DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AREA All owners of land in the watershed of the Mooney Ditch #75 Watershed Area Drainage Improvement Petition Project are hereby notified that the Delaware County Engineer has notified the Commissioners that the plans, reports, and schedules for the construction assessments for the Mooney Ditch #75 Watershed Area Drainage Improvement Petition Project are finalized for their review and consideration. You are further notified that The Board of County Commissioners have fixed Thursday March 12, 2015, at 9:45AM, at the Commissioners’ Hearing Room 101 North Sandusky Street Delaware, Ohio, as the time and place of the final hearing by the Commissioners on the report of the County Engineer. If the Commissioners direct the County Engineer to proceed, assessments will be placed on landowners Real Estate Tax Bill.
