("PEC" or the "Company"), a Phoenix, Arizona-based industrial apparatus equipment repair services and distribution company, was acquired by Industrial Service Solutions ("ISS"), an industrial equipment repair services, manufacturing and distribution company with a national presence. ISS is backed by Bolder Capital, a private equity firm. The purpose of the sale was to obtain liquidity for the PEC shareholders and to provide management with a national corporate partner that would best utilize PEC's existing Southwestern-based infrastructure and help accelerate the growth of the Company. Bundy Group was hired by ISS based on its extensive experience in the industrial services and equipment repair sector. In Bundy Group's role as the exclusive investment banking advisor to ISS and Bolder Capital, Bundy Group introduced ISS management to the PEC family ownership and advised ISS during the course of the negotiations and due diligence.
