STEPS TO TAKE
To complete the requirements of your immersion experience, you must
do these things:

Indicate your interest in a particular immersion by inserting your
name in the Immersion Sign-Up Book located in PMM Office.
PLEASE NOTE: Faculty-led immersions may have special instructions
prior to signing up.

Register for MM 350 and pay the tuition. Pay the cost for your specific
immersion. Your ministry setting may assist you with the cost. At any time you
can set up an account with the Business Office to begin accumulating the required
funds.

Attend the required orientation session offered in a semester prior to your
immersion.

Complete the Immersion Application with all required signatures and submit it to the PMM Office on date posted. Keep the certificate of participation to
take with you on your immersion.

Go on your immersion and have the leader sign the certificate of participation. This form is the last page of your immersion application.

Write your reflection paper and develop your project presentation to
submit them by the due date. You will find guidelines in the immersion
guide in your Handbook, online or in the packet of information given to you during the Immersion Orientation Session.

Attend a required debriefing session offered in the semester immediately
following your immersion. Students who attend Wesley faculty-led immersions will have their debriefing session led by that faculty member.

for updated information. All trips are subject to cancellation. Student enrollment is limited for each immersion; thus, early planning for an immersion trip is
suggested.
