Wibby Award
The Wibby Award recognizes
outstanding Jaycees under the age of 25
years.
Robert A. Olen, Jr Memorial Award
JCI Wisconsin presents the Robert A.
Olen, Jr. Memorial Award annually to
the Jaycee in the state who, despite
personal difficulties and/or handicap,
has rendered outstanding service to
his/her local chapter and community.
Sandra Lee Knudson Memorial Award
The Sandra Lee Knudson Memorial
Award took the place of the Badger
Award in 2008 and is presented to a
Jaycee who has represented JCI
Wisconsin in an outstanding all-around
way. This Jaycee is recognized for
exemplifying three parts of the Jaycee
Creed: “Faith in God gives meaning and
purpose to human life,” “Earth’s great
treasure lies in human personality,” and
“Service to humanity is the best work of
life.”
Denise K. Bertucci Memorial Award
The Denise K. Bertucci Memorial Award
began is 1992-1993 and is presented to
a local member for “Recruiter of the
Year.”

In an effort to engage our members in more of a
“greener” and 21st Century way, email verification
has been established through JCI USA.
Since September, all new members have been
receiving an email verification email from JCI USA.
This happens instantly once the new member has been entered into the database. Be sure to let your
new members know that this email will be coming to them.
Here are some things to know about it:
1. The email will be from
[email protected]
2. The email might be filtered into the
junk, spam, newsletter, or other files
and not directly into their inbox.
3. A simple click on the “verify email”
button is all they need to do.
4. Once registered (and paid), they will
have full access to the benefits of being
a member!
All renewing members will be going
through this process in the 2015 year. Do
note that you will not need to verify your
email each and every year after that, just
once next year. Keep your eyes open for
that in 2015!

Hello Jaycees!
The New London Jaycees have agreed to host a Punt, Pass, and Kick Sectional
but they need help from area chapters to meet the manpower needs! I've
committed to attending, do you have members who could also help out?
The event is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 2 at 11 am. Volunteers would need to
arrive earlier. The location is the field across from New London Middle School,
1000 W Washington St, New London, WI 54961. There will be pizza for all
Jaycees following the event!
I am also looking for 12-15 volunteers for the Team Championship in Green Bay
on November 30th.
Please share this opportunity with your members and reply to me with those who
can help out!

concession stand at Lambeau
Field! We have made a full
season commitment for all of
the Packers home games
during the season.
We will be seeking individuals,
as well as chapters, to assist
with operating the stands.
Game day sign up began July
1st on a first come first serve
basis!

All chapters are a part of the 2014 Go Green Challenge.
Your mission is to turn in the most cell phones and printer cartridges 12/31/14.
The chapter with the most points earned at the end of 2014 will be recognized with a prize
at Year End Convention in Green Bay.
*Each Printer Cartridge is worth 2 points *Each Cell Phone is worth 1 point
To ensure proper credit, remove ALL items from plastic/packaging and include your
chapter name with all items sealed within a labeled bag or box.
We will accept the following items:
Inactive Cell Phones (with Operating Battery Only)
Home and Office Printer Cartridges
Laser and Ink Jet Cartridges (Long Plastic Toner Tubes Not Eligible)
