Greetings,
Lots of things have been happening in the Flying L Ranch Property Owners Association and it just
couldn’t wait until the bi-annual newsletter.
It’s amazing what happens when we all work together. It began with a seed idea given to us by a fellow
homeowner. The next thing you know the Board acted upon the idea and now we are excited to
announce that the Flying L Ranch Subdivision can enjoy the amenities at the Flying L Ranch (except
golf). The amenities include, during the Guest Ranch working hours, the Water Park, Quiet Pool,
Putt-Putt Golf, Playground, Volleyball Court, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, Ping Pong, Basketball
Court, Tennis Court, Exercise Room, and Hiking Trails. The Ranch privileges are for homeowners
of the subdivision (renters and lot owners excluded). This valuable package has been negotiated and
paid for by the POA for the benefit of all our homeowners of the Flying L Subdivision…free of charge
to the POA members!

(Don’t forget to bring your drivers’ license and birth certificate of “live at home” children)
This amenities package not only benefits our social activities but also will ultimately increase our
property marketability, which in turn can favorably affect our property values… good things are
happening at the Flying L Ranch Subdivision.
The next time you see one of the POA Board Members, thank them for all the hard work they are doing
for our community. Those Board Members are Cissy Elkins, Woody Baker, Garry Schneider, Anthony
Ferragamo, Luana Pirtle and Terry Peek.
