Responses shall be returned in a sealed envelope to Rhona Kysilovsky at Massport, One Harborside Drive Suite 200S, East Boston, MA 02128, prior to the due date of October 13, 2014 by 1:00 p.m. Bids received after the due date will not be accepted. An original and (1) one copy must be included. The bid award vendor/vendors will be notified after all proposals are evaluated. 2. Prices are to be quoted F.O.B. Destination, delivered to Massport's Logan Office Center located at Logan International Airport, East Boston, MA. 3. Lead-time MUST be quoted as time is of the essence. 4.
