Cancellation Policy: PPA will retain $10 per person upon cancellation for a processing fee.
Course Guidelines: We kindly ask that all our players adhere to the Hershey Country Club golf attire guidelines. Gentleman must wear a shirt with a
collar (either traditional or mock) with sleeves. Permissible clothing includes shirts, skirts, blouses, shorts and slacks. Denim clothing, athletic shorts,
tank tops, and halter tops are not allowed on the golf course or the practice facility. We appreciate your cooperation. Complete and return forms to:

The PPA/ESEA Trade Show, Convention, and Annual Meeting will be held at
Hershey® Lodge from September 24-26, 2014. Hershey Lodge is located at
325 University Drive, Hershey, PA 17033.

When you reserve your room reservation, please provide an email address if you would like to receive a confirmation and
information about your stay via email. A confirmation will be emailed to you within 24 hours of reserving your room.
Please reconfirm your date of departure as Hershey Lodge charges a $50 fee for all early checkouts.
After September 2, 2014, rooms not reserved in the group block will be returned to Hershey Lodge’s general inventory.
Room reservations will still be accepted based upon availability.
Check-in time: 4:00 pm
Check-out time: 11:00 am
Occupancy cannot be guaranteed before 4:00 pm (check-in time).

Association is included in the above rate.
European Plan Rate: These above rates include overnight accommodations only per room per night and are subject to all
applicable taxes currently at 6% PA State occupancy tax and 5% local tax.
Please note that all rooms reserved for the 2014 Convention are smoke free.
PPA has reserved a block of rooms at these negotiated rates. All reservations will be taken on a space-available basis until
the block of rooms has been filled. Reservation requests received after the block has been filled or less than 21 days before
the arrival date will be accepted on a space-available basis only.
