St. Francis Xavier School - Uniform Orderform & Price List 2014-15
All prices are subject to wage and suppliers increases. If you are unable to come in, this list may be used as an order form.
Please include payment with all orders, & send to the uniform shop. Cheques are to be made out to St. Francis Xavier School.
If our uniform convenor is not there your order will be processed as soon as she returns and given to your child to bring home.

Alterations: Anyone requiring alterations is welcome to contact one of our Mums who are
happy to do small alterations. Please contact them directly.

Embroidery: Hats can be embriodered with your childs name $6.50, regardless of the no. of letters.
Anyone wishing to have a name embroidered on a backpack may go to K B Supplies direct,
(also Parents of our School) who have agreed to do a special price of $10 for our bags.

Uniform Shop Hours
Monday and Thursday: 8.30am to 11.30 am and then Wednesday and Thursday; 1pm. to 4pm.
Return Policy
1. Uniforms can only be exchanged or refunded if they have not been worn, washed, named, or tags
removed!
2.Manufacturers warranty only covers first 2 weeks of the purchase date!
