We are looking for a Telecom instructor and material developer to perform courses - frontal
training sessions and E-learning sessions to customers worldwide and ECI employees.
Job Description:
 Train ECI products and technologies to ECI customers and employees.








Ingeniero Electrico o Electronico, graduado o egresado.
Maestria en Telematica an advantage
Prepare updated materials according to training needs.
Document and record training materials on ECI intranet and ERP.
Prepare presentations and guiding booklets.
Use E-Learning tools to enhance session efficiency
Will report to HQ training department manager
Job requires traveling abroad – 25% of the time.
Work is characterized by “peaks”
Requirements:
 Background in the field of telecom
 Previous experience in F2F training or good presentation skills
 Fluent English talking/reading/writing
 Portuguese – an advantage
 Knowledge of the following technologies is an advantage: WDM, Layer 2/2.5,
Layer, SDH / ATM / MPLS / DWDM.
 CCNA accreditation – an advantage
 Knowledge of ECI products - an advantage
