CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
This barbell class from LES MILLSTM strengthens
your entire body. Each class provides a balance of
endurance and functional strength training using
the best weight room exercises such as squats,
presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to
get the results you came for – and fast!
A LES MILLS™ program that provides a quick and
efficient core training class in only 30 minutes.
This tough workout challenges you mentally and
physically while strengthening and toning the
muscles that connect your upper body to your
lower body. Improve your functional strength
for balance, mobility and injury prevention. Our
highly-trained instructors will challenge you to
reach beyond your limits.
The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout from LES
MILLS™ that builds flexibility and strength and
leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled
breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body
into a state of harmony and balance.
This 30 minute class features three unique team
training programs that will push you to your max,

intense routines and highly charged coaches.
A sport-inspired cardio workout for building
strength and stamina. This high-energy interval
training class combines aerobic movements with
strength and stabilization exercises.
This dynamic fitness program
fuses hypnotic Latin and international rhythms and easy-tofollow moves. The goal is simple: work out, love working out, and get hooked.
You will achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating
workout of caloric-burning, body-energizing,

Rutgers Fast Intense Training is the challenging workout you have been looking for.
Workouts vary weekly and modifications will
be provided. The workouts are designed by
the Rutgers Fitness professional staff.
Circuit training at its best. Kettlebells, TRX®,
BOSU, and more will be used in this challenging strength and endurance workout.
An extreme equipment free class. Push yourself to the limit using your body weight with
intervals of cardio, plyometrics, strength and
core movements.

willPower & grace® is an inspiring, high-energy barefoot workout that combines cardiovascular
and total-body conditioning with
positive philosophy. This workout
will challenge you from head to toe and leave you
feeling empowered and uplifted.
A fitness system that blends the principles of
dance, pilates and yoga in order to give a complete body workout. Classes focus on motion
and an awareness of the movement of the body.
The Balletone® system uses dance postures
to develop balance and cardiovascular health.
This intensive muscular/core conditioning workout provides total body sculpting, muscle elongation, improved flexibility and core stability. Pilates
stresses movement quality and muscle engagement. This practice has been producing strong
and lean bodies for decades.
Achieve balance using breath,
movement and mindfulness. In
Fitness Yoga, energizing asanas,
or physical poses, are sequenced with a strong focus on alignment to build muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility. Classes will end with Savasana, a personal time for deep relaxation.
An interval based, full body workout that begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/
endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow
combinations. Class ends with a mind/body-like
(think Tai-Chi) cool-down.
A full-body lengthening and sculpting method
that combines the principles of dynamic movement and muscle exhaustion. Both body-sculpting and cardio components use integrated movements that involve multiple muscles and that
require engagement of and connection to the
core.
A full body workout that uses
intense isometric work, and
elongating stretches to leave
you feeling balanced and strong! The class consists the use of a ballet barre, weights, and mainstream music to keep you motivated and having
