WCHA’s (4) Major Events to be broadcast as (2) Hour
“Special Presentations” on RFD-TV!
CLEBURNE, TX. (July 23, 2014) – The World Cutting Horse Association is proud to announce that ALL of
our WCHA produced Major Events will be taped “live” for rebroadcast on Rural America’s most
important Network, RFD-TV in 2014 & 2015.
“The World Cutting Horse Association was formed for the Grassroots, or Blue Collar Cutters of the World,
and that just happens to be the Majority of the Sport of Cutting in the USA” states Kenny Emigh, Director
of Business Development for the New Association.
Emigh furthermore states, “ We learned from 3.5 Years of producing The Weekend Cutter TV Show on
RFD-TV that about 15,000 People were cutting every Weekend across the U.S. at jackpot, and club
cuttings, that don’t belong to a formal Association for one reason, or another….so We built an
Association for them. Now they can get their horse, and rider earnings reported, and qualify for bigger
Shows, like a WCHA Regionals, or ultimately our WCHA-Priefert World Show”.
The WCHA kicks off the New Association with the Largest Added Money Amateur and Non Pro Cutting
Horse Tournament of the 21st Century with the WCHA $25,000. Added WORLD Shoot Out sponsored by
the City of Alvarado, TX., Priefert Mfg., and RFD-TV, furthermore this Event benefits the Children’s
Advocacy Center of Johnson County, Texas.
This WCHA WORLD Shoot Out boasts almost as much Entertainment as going to a Cutting at the
Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo……With Entertainers like Daryl Worley, Jon Wolfe, Katy Keenie, the
Steve Helms Band, and Cowboy Comedian, Risky Betts performing every night of the Show!
The WCHA WORLD Shoot Out will also host the very FIRST, “Mixed Team Challenge” where a Trainer
builds a (5) Person Team including His self, out of His Clients/Students & competing against a total of
(15) Teams for $10,000. In Added Money…the trick is, each Team member, can only rely on His/Her
Team Members for the helping positions, in the Cutting Pen such as “Turn Back”, or “Herd Holders”.

RFD-TV and its wide range of Equine, Cattle, Farming, Entertainment, & News Programs, as well as its
support for 4H Kids, and the National FFA, which is where most people that flourish in the Rural
American lifestyle start as school age Kids…..The WCHA is proud to be in alliance with the Rural Media
Group, and all its wonderful networks like FamilyNet, RuralTV, Rural Radio, and of course, RFD-TV, their
Programmers, Employees, and affiliates in promoting wholesome, family valued entertainment for all.
The World Cutting Horse Association plans on growing right along with RFD-TV for the Future of Rural
Lifestyle Programing. Because there is no America, without Rural America’s daily contributions.
The Cutting Horse was born out of necessity as a daily Job of the Ranch, or Trail Boss who made the
decisions on which cattle were to be doctored, sorted, or branded. Pretty soon these Bosses started
bragging on who had the best “Cuttin’ Hoss, and contests became reality…. We still do it Today with a
system of rules to judge Horse & Rider by. Join Us on RFD-TV for all the “Special Presentations” of
WCHA Finals broadcasts, and of course tune into The Weekend Cutter TV Show on RFD-TV every
Wednesday at 4pm, and 11pm EST to see how we Cut Up in Today’s world.
