GENERAL INFO
general information
This price list is meant for the use by authorized Altmans dealers only.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars
These prices do not include any freight or cartage.
CONDITIONS
By purchasing products from Altmans Products, LLC, the buyer herby agrees to all of the following terms and conditions laid out
in the following pages. Buyer acceptance to the terms and conditions of sale set forth in the following pages shall be
conclusively presumed from the buyer’s acceptance of all or any part of the goods ordered unless it objects in writing prior to
acceptance thereof.
The terms and conditions of sales set for in the following pages will constitute the entire agreement between Seller and Buyer
with respect to the subject matter of a sale and superseded all prior agreements, negotiations, understandings,
representations, and warranties, whether written, oral or otherwise, and may not be modified except in writing and signed by
both parties.
Altmans reserves the right to modify specifications, deign, pricing, and packaging or alter the weight or appearance of any item
at our option, and without prior notice. All orders are subject to acceptance by Altmans.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Standard payment terms are Net 30 Days from the date of invoice, upon approved credit. Additional payment terms may be
available for qualified customers and are based on credit approval. Special payment terms must be authorized, documented
and authorized by Altmans. The cash payment terms, if any, will be set forth on the face of the order confirmation or invoice.
Cash discount, if any, will be shown and may be deducted from invoice total if payment is made by the discount date. A
delinquency charge equal to the greater of 18% per annum or the price rate plus 1% as stated by Citibank USA, or the maximum
permitted by law, computed on the unpaid balance shall be paid as liquidated damages on all accounts not paid in full when
due. Interest shall be paid with Buyer’s next remittance. In addition to late payment charges, Buyer agrees to pay any and all
collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees incurred by Seller in collecting balances not paid within terms
RETURN CHECKS
A $35.00 service charge will be invoiced on all returned checks.
CREDIT APPROVAL
Shipments, deliveries, and performance of work shall at all times be subject to the approval of the Seller’s Credit Department.
Seller may at any time decline to make any shipment, delivery, or perform any work except upon receipt of payment, security,
or upon terms and conditions satisfactory to such Department: Seller reserves the right to ship COD.
PRICES
All prices in this list price book shall be adjusted to the Seller’s prices in effect at the time of order, unless Seller has given a firm
quotation in writing, and buyer has given an order, release of goods for shipment within the time periods specified in the
quotation.
An Excel format price list is available for customers use, and must be requested in writing to Altmans.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Special job quotations are available for large size projects. Contact the National Sales Manager for details.

general information
To qualify for FFA (PPD Freight) order must be a minimum of $3,500.00 net USD (pre-freight) on a single purchase order, and
ship within the 48 Continental USA. Seller reserves the right to determine carrier and best way on FFA Shipments. Special
quotations and displays are not qualified for FFA unless otherwise specified on the written quote or proposal.
For shipments outside of the 48 Continental USA, freight, customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
SHIPMENTS
Delivery to the carrier shall constitute delivery to the customer. Altmans’ responsibility terminates upon delivery in good order
to the carrier. All goods are shipped at the Buyer’s risk. Any claim for loss or damage in transit should be made promptly by the
Buyer against the carrier. All claims are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the carrier.
All returned an or refused deliveries from Altmans Products will incur a $25.00 reprocessing fee and have to be clarified by the
Buyer within 10 business days from refusal. If the Buyer doesn’t clarify what is to be done with the refused merchandise, a fee
of $50.00 will be assessed and the appropriate restocking charges will be applied to Buyer’s account.
FREIGHT CLAIMS
Claims for shortages must be made by within 10 days from receipt of merchandise and must be noted on, if any, bill of lading.
Freight Damage claims must be made to the carrier, at the time of receipt or usually within 48 hours of receipt of good signed
for on the bill of lading. Terms and conditions of any freight claim processes, is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by
the carrier.
If the goods furnished to the buyer shall fail to conform to the contract or to any express implied warranty, the Seller shall have
the right to decide to repair or replace such non-conforming goods at the original destination. At the decision of the Seller, the
goods may be subject to inspection by an employee of the Seller or an appointed representative thereof and digital pictures
may be required. Once shipment is certified as non-compliant, instructions provided by the seller will be given.
TAXES
Any taxes which Seller may be required to pay or collect, under any existing or future law, upon or with respect to the sale,
purchase, delivery, storage, processing, use or consumption of any of the material conveyed, including taxes upon or measured
by the receipts from the sale thereof, shall e for the account of the Buyer, who shall promptly pay the amount thereof to the
Seller upon demand. Where taxes do not apply upon sale or resale, Buyer shall provide the seller with the appropriate
exemption certificates.
RETURNS
Products or goods may not be returned without prior written authorization from our Returns Goods Authorization (RGA)
department. Please write the RGA number or any other instructions given by our RGA department, and please include a copy of
the original invoice or packing slip and indicate the reason for return. All returns are all subject to inspection and testing.
Returns for other reasons than defect may be subject to a restocking charge based on the chart at the beginning of the price
book. Custom orders, discontinued product and products shipped more than 180 days from the date of the RGA request are not
returnable. Returns of non-defective merchandise must be in new and re-sellable condition. All shipping charges are the
responsibility of the buyer, and must be shipped freight prepaid.
ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
An acknowledgement of your order will be faxed, e- mailed or mailed to your within 24 hours of acceptance of your order
(please allow additional time for weekends and holidays). It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check the acknowledgement for
incorrect pricing, errors made by Altmans, or misinterpreted orders within 24 hours.
DELAYS
If any shipping dates have been specified in our price book or on our order confirmation, they are approximate and the Seller
shall not be bound thereby, but every effort will be made to ship in accordance with them. All shipments are subject to
contingencies of manufacturing and other causes beyond Seller’s control such as fires, strikes, delays in transportation,
governmental regulations or acts of god.

PLUMBING AND LABOR CHARGES / CLAIMS
Altmans will not be responsible for any labor charges relating to the installation, repair or replacement of the product.
Complaints regarding finish trim will be handled according to manufacturer’s warranty.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders will be processed as soon as they are received. Any cancellation made on Quick Ship products in Polished Chrome,
PVD Satin Nickel, and in collections that have PVD Polished Nickel available, may be cancelled provided products have not
already shipped. All other items that require special finishing (group A,B or C) that are cancelled, are possibly subject to a
cancellation charge after 48 hours from time of order.
Certain products are Non-Cancellable and Non-returnable. Products that qualify for this are: All Bidet Sets, All Waterfillers, Any
Custom Made or Custom Finish Products, or when indicated by the order entry / customer service department.
WARRANTY
For General & Finish Warranty information, please refer to the warranty section of this price book. For the length of our Finish
Warranty, please refer to the finish chart section at the beginning of the price book
MINIMUM ORDER
A minimum order of $35.00 list is required for any order placed through Altmans.
PRODUCT CARE, CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
For all of Altmans finishes, it is CRITICAL to keep the faucet as dry as possible and not allow water to dry on the fixture. The
mineral content in some water will leave deposits which may prove to be difficult to remove and etch into the finish. The best
method and our recommended way of cleaning our products is to use a mild pure (non-ammoniated or green color) soap and
water to remove stubborn water spots. Rinse all traces of soap thoroughly. Wipe of buff gently with a soft microfiber cloth. For
additional protection, we recommend the occasional application of a pure non-abrasive, Carnuba type car or boat wax. Follow
the instructions on the wax packaging. A waxed surface is helpful in preventing water spot build-up and light buffing will
produce a high luster.
Never use abrasive or ammoniated cleaning products. Be very careful from overspray of glass cleaners, other sink or countertop
cleaners, or perfumes.
The use of water softeners, which are loaded with sodium, will destroy any finish over time. Use of water softeners will void all
warranties.
PLATING
Altmans is committed to using the finest quality plating available, but can not control the maintenance of our products, and
often upon inspection, we find that cleaning crews or staff have used harsh abrasives or ammoniated cleaning agents on the
product. We enclose cleaning and maintenance instructions in every box of faucets we sell.
Plating is also not a perfect science and products can often show tonality difference from batch to batch. We do our very best
to try to control the color lots, however it may not be possible to have an exact match on any replacement part or if products
are ordered at different times or ordering.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A DEFECTIVE PART OR PLATING PROBLEM
(A) If the product falls within the warranty period, contact Altmans customer service or return department to have a local
representative (if possible) come to the site and inspect the product. The representative will then notify us of his
finding and we can begin the process.
(B) If there is not a representative in your area, we will need a sample of the defect for inspection. We will ask for digital
pictures of the defect, which may help us determine the cause, however there is no guarantee with pictures. We will
give you instructions to send up the part or product in question (either the whole product or just a representation of
the defects). Once we receive the sample or can determine from a picture, we can determine if the problem is truly a
defect or may not have been taken proper care of.

Consumer Warranty:
Altmans provides the following warranties to the original residential purchaser, installed in a residential application. This
warranty is not transferable and is extended solely to the original purchaser of the products. All warranty claims must include
the proof of purchase.
Mechanical Warranty- A limited lifetime warranty is provided on all mechanical parts to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal usage for a period of ten (10) years. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to the
replacement of parts or components where normal damage occurs with normal usage, wear and tear. Altmans will (at its own
election) repair or replace any part or product. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or any use other than
genuine Altmans replacement parts is not covered by this warranty. To obtain warranty service, please contact Altmans
through your local representative or directly to our customer service department. Altmans is not responsible for any labor
changes, installation or other consequential costs. In no event shall the responsibility of Altmans exceed the purchase price
of the product.
Cartridge Warranty- A limited lifetime warranty is provided on all lavatory and deck mount tub ceramic disk cartridges. Altmans
will mail you a replacement cartridge free of charge, however freight is not included. All other cartridges (Thermostatic,
Pressure Balance, Diverter, In wall Volume controls, etc…) are warranted from a period of one (1) year form the original date of
purchase. Altmans is not responsible for any labor changes, installation or other consequential costs. In no event shall the
responsibility of Altmans exceed the purchase price of the product.
Finish Warranty- Finish warranties vary from finish to finish, and range from no warranty to limited lifetime. Please see the
following chart for finish warranty length:

Finishes the have “None” as their warranty are defined as NO finish warranty. Typically these finishes are living / architectural
finishes and are intended to change over time in their natural environments. Theses finishes are typically unprotected and
therefore have no finish warranty
5 year and 10 Year Warranty finishes are warranted against tarnishing, flaking and pitting for a period of 5 or 10 years,
depending on the finish (see chart above)
Limited Lifetime Warranty finishes are warranted against tarnishing, flaking and pitting for the life of the product for as long as
the original owner owns the product.
ExclusionsAny product installed outdoors will be excluded from ANY finish warranty.
All installations in ocean air environments (within 1 mile of the coast or on ocean traveling ships) will be exempt from
finish warranties, with the exception of Chrome and PVD Finishes.
Some products are also exempt from the finish warranty such as: All Lavatory Drains, parts made of glass or crystal.

Any installation where the use of plumbers putty, acid curing adhesives, mastic, or drywall compounds will void any
finish warranty
Product where an abnormal amount of direct sunlight is evident.
Altmans is not responsible for any labor changes, installation or other consequential costs. In no event shall the
responsibility of Altmans exceed the purchase price of the product.
All finishes warranties, including the Limited Lifetime finished products, are subject to visual inspection and can be damaged
due to misuse, abuse or non-compliance with the care and maintenance instructions provided with each faucet and located
in our terms and condition of sale. Contact our customer service or RGA department for instructions for all finish claims.
Commercial Warranty:
Altmans Commercial Warranty extends to the purchasers of products of for industrial, commercial and
business the same warranty and exclusions as our Consumer Warranty, with the following exceptions:
Mechanical Warranty- Reduced to 1 year
Cartridge Warranty- Reduced to 1 year for lavatory and deck mount ceramic disk cartridges
Finish Warranty- All Finishes are reduced to 1 year
OTHER GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS
Any implied warranties including that of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited
in duration to the duration of our expressed warranty. Altmans disclaims liability for special incidental or
consequential damages. These warranties are to the original residential or commercial purchaser only,
and they exclude product damage due to installation error, product abuse, or product misuse, whether
performed by a contractor, service company or consumer.
These warranties is the exclusive warranty granted by Altmans Products, LLC, and is in lieu of all other
warranties of the merchant, contractor or plumbers ability and fitness for a particular purpose and is
further limited to defective parts replacement only . Labor charges and/or damage incurred in
installation, repair or replacement, as well as in incidental and consequential damages are excluded. In
states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, some of the
exclusions may not be relevant nor apply to you.

RETURNS TERMS AND POLICIES
All return requests must be submitted within 180 days of original invoice date.
Please refer to our Finish Chart at the front of our price book for restocking fees / charges.
Water Fillers and Exposed Systems are non-returnable unless defective
A copy of the original invoice or packing list and RGA number must accompany all returns. All returns must ship back to
Altmans as freight prepaid. Any package received which doesn’t have an RGA number CLEARLY MARKED / INDICATED on
the outside of the box / package, will be refused by our receiving department without being opened or inspected. All
products being returned need to be properly re-packaged, and subject to inspection. Credit or replacement may not be
given for improperly packaged returns.
ALTMANS RGA CREDIT POLICY
The following criteria will be applied to all returns in which the customer is expecting a credit:
Defective items, Order Entry Errors, Wrong Product Sent, or Duplicate orders (Altmans Error):
These returns are eligible to a full credit once the inspection and determination has been made by our returns
department. Products returned as any of the mentioned categories that are found not eligible are subject to a minimum
of 50% restocking fee.
Non-Defective Returns, Errors in Ordering (Customer Error)
These returns are eligible to a partial credit based on the corresponding restocking fees that apply. All non-defective
merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in new and resalable condition or will be subject to additional
fees.
Warranty Items
Products that have been in use and are later claimed as a warranty must be first attempted to be handled as a repair or
re-plating job. If a customer is unwilling to return their product to be warrantied, or re-plated, Altmans will have to
review their request, and determine the best method of handling the situation.
RGA (Return Goods Authorization) must be obtained before any product can be returned. Absolutely NO
product will be accepted for return without an RGA.
Please note that requesting an RGA only allows you to return the product and has no relevancy nor is any
guarantee for credit.
The following conditions also apply:
The dealer is responsible for ensuring that all merchandise is being returned and packaged properly
You must return it in its original, undamaged packaging, in unused re-saleable condition
The buyer must pay all transportation charges for the returned goods
Any credits to be applied will be determined after the inspection of the products
Once you have filled out and submit the RGA request, it may take up to 5- 10 business days until you
are provided with an RGA authorization number. Please see the form on the back of this page.

POLICY
The following policies have been set to manage the growing internet business.
1.
This policy does not set or limit the sales price to any consumer or purchaser for the product or item.
Only the advertised price or discount shown on the internet or similar sites or mediums is subject to the
policy restriction detailed below.
2.
Altmans products will only be sold over the internet through dealers with physical (brick and mortar)
showrooms.
3.
All Altmans Dealers selling new Altmans products that list such products for sale on the internet, ethernet or
other computer medium may post an advertised or listed selling price for that unit at no greater than a 25%
discount; that discount as taken off of the then current Altmans suggested list price.
4.
Dealers are free to post either an actual price or a discount from Altmans' suggested retail price for the
advertised units, or both. Dealers may also mark under pricing “Contact directly for a quote” as an alternative
to listing any pricing or discounts.
5.
Altmans will make shipments to drop ship addresses at an extra freight fee. Altmans will not be liable for
boxes that are left at the door, garage etc. Any lost or damaged product must be claimed through UPS.
6.
The Dealer may list used, refurbished, damaged or discontinued units separately at a lower discount from the
manufacturer's suggested list price if that Dealer also plainly and legible (in text no smaller than the price
listed) describes that pricing as being for a used, refurbished, damaged or discontinued unit.
7.
Collateral Sales – Altmans' direct customers also may not sell Altmans products to other people or businesses
which advertise or otherwise promote Altmans products over the internet.
8.
The Dealer must also list in all internet pricing a statement, policy or explanation regarding shipping and
handling fees for that product involved. For example, is the shipping cost included in that advertised price,
and will there be any fees or other additional costs above and beyond the direct shipping cost.
9.
In the event this policy is violated, Altmans reserves the right to make an independent investigation of any
violation. Altmans will enforce its policy through the following steps:
(1) A written notice will be sent for the first violation which will also include proof of the violation;
NOTE: If the Dealer's violation is not corrected to be within this policy by end of that business day, it
receives the “first violation” notice and purchasing privileges will be suspended for 30 days and orders in
process WILL NOT be shipped;
(2) If a second violation occurs, Altmans will suspend Dealer privileges for 90 days, and will also confirm
this repeat violation with a letter including proof of that violation.
(3) Altmans also reserves the right to terminate Dealership privileges due to repeated violations.

Altmans reserves the absolute discretion and right to change this policy, to interpret, enforce and otherwise
handle all questions and issues arising under the Policy. Sales representatives are not granted any authority to
enforce this policy or to discipline any Dealer. In the event you have any questions, general comments,
concerns, or would like to report potential infractions of this policy, please contact your Altmans regional
sales manager.
