be the Owners rental management and marketing company for the Holiday Inn, Whistler effective
March 17th 2015.
We are delighted to have been chosen for this exciting opportunity as RQW is a well established local
company and the leading Hotel Rental Management Company of vacation properties in Whistler.
I had the pleasure and opportunity to meet a number of you at the recent pre AGM presentation
where we were able to provide you with some details on our company and our marketing plan for your
Hotel of which I believe a copy has or will be distributed to all owners by your G.M.
Both my management team and I are confident that we will deliver increased value for the Homeowners
of the current Holiday Inn brand in Whistler going forward as an independent Hotel.
We will be working with your current Rental Management team over this coming winter to facilitate all
the changes required in preparation of the rental management transfer next March.
We also look forward to working with the Owner committee group on a new name for the Hotel in the
coming months.

substantial marketing investments). Our strategic marketing plan includes initiatives and campaigns
focusing on online/web, mobile, social media, eblasts & newsletters, TV and radio. RQW targets repeat
business through loyalty programs and in-suite marketing. Other marketing programs include focused
magazine advertising, and co-op marketing with strategic partnerships. We continue to grow brand
awareness by increasing community profile through charity donations, event and community
sponsorship and involvement.
RQW attends trade shows and sales missions to continue to grow awareness and relationships. In the
past several months, our sales and marketing team has attended Canada’s West Marketplace, Mountain
Travel Symposium in Colorado as well as sales missions to New Zealand, Australia, England, Scotland &
Germany.
We have been endorsed by the ad hoc owners committee and the current management team as your
new Rental management company from March 2015, and you will be receiving our new Rental
