Cost Savings The combined savings from all LIQC projects is about S$12.5 million. Productivity 2. Projects presented at LIQC have also achieved significant time savings of as much as 90% reduction in processing time. Green 3. The 2‐day workshop aims to impart understanding on the team excellence criteria. liqc.nus.edu.sg 18 NOV 2014 2014 Learning Institutions Quality Conference, held at University Town, National University of Singapore 7 LIQC PARTICIPATION PROCESS SUBMIT PROJECT PROJECT PRESENTATION Accept the invitation to participate at LIQC by selecting projects to submit. LIQC is open to all teams from educational institutions. Create a presentation deck for LIQC. Like the report, the deck should be set out against the Innovation and Quality Circles criteria. PROJECT REPORT Prepare a 20‐page report for submission. Report must be set out against the Innovation and Quality Circles criteria.
