A tried and tested, detailed approach to successfully build, implement and sustain team‐
based projects.
All Singaporean teams who aim to qualify for national team excellence awards are required to follow the Innovation and Quality Circles criteria.

The combined savings from all LIQC projects is about S$12.5 million.

Projects presented at LIQC have also achieved significant time savings of as much as 90% reduction in processing time.

TIMELINE
The Office of Quality Management, National University of Singapore, invites teams to participate.
Submission of Project Reports and Project Presentations.

LIQC Bootcamp will be conducted for all participating teams. The 2‐day workshop aims to impart understanding on the team excellence criteria.

LIQC PARTICIPATION PROCESS
SUBMIT PROJECT
PROJECT PRESENTATION
Accept the invitation to participate at LIQC by selecting projects to submit. LIQC is open to all teams from educational institutions.
Create a presentation deck for LIQC. Like the report, the deck should be set out against the Innovation and Quality Circles criteria.

IDENTIFY PROJECT
Identify projects completed in the last 1 year that achieved measurable results. Projects previously submitted are not eligible.
PROJECT REPORT
Prepare a 20‐page report for submission. Report must be set out against the Innovation and Quality Circles criteria. More information at the Team Registration page.

LIQC
Present project at LIQC and be assessed by judges appointed by the Singapore Productivity Association. Presentation lasts 15 minutes.
