CONSTRUCTION NOTICE Stewart St. Lane Closures ATTENTION BUSINESSES AND RESIDENTS As part of construction of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Facility for the Expo Line project, work crews will implement temporary lane closures on Stewart Street for utility work. The work is being managed and performed by the O&M Facility contractor Kiewit Building Group, Inc. and its subcontractors. What: Lane Closures for Water Main Tie-In When: Hours: Monday January 5, 2015 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. When: Hours: Tuesday January 6, 2015 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. When: Hours: Wednesday January 7, 2015 through Saturday January 10, 2015 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Where: Stewart Street between Olympic Boulevard and Delaware Ave. Work Description Construction activities will include excavation in order to tie into the existing water main. Upon completion of the tie-in, the street will be restored. Traffic Impacts:  Intermittent lane closures will be required on both northbound and southbound Stewart Street, but access in both directions will be maintained at all times. Olympic Boulevard and Exposition Boulevard will not be impacted.  Intermittent sidewalk closures will be required on the east side of Stewart Street, but the sidewalk on the west side of the street will remain open at all times. • Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced at all times and signage with specific restrictions will be in place in all construction areas. Advisories: • Local access to businesses and residences will be maintained throughout all construction activities. • Noise levels will be monitored to ensure work performed is within the necessary compliance levels. • Please obey all posted construction signs and do not enter the construction work zone.
