2015-2016 ArtsCONNECT Projects in Development Posted 1.28.15 ArtsCONNECT increases access to performing arts engagements of excellence for audiences across the mid-Atlantic region through support for touring projects developed by presenter consortia that include public performances and complementary activities. As a resource to help facilitate the development of presenter consortia, Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation (MAAF) provides Projects in Development listings to connect both those presenters who have already identified an artist/ensemble they would like to present, but need to find additional presenting partners for their consortium, as well as those presenters who have not yet identified an artist/ensemble, but would like to become part of a consortium application. ArtsCONNECT Projects in Development has two sections: Section I is a listing of projects by presenters who have identified an artist or ensemble they would like to present in their communities and are looking for additional partners to create a consortium eligible to submit an application to the ArtsCONNECT program. Section II is a listing of presenters who would like to participate in an ArtsCONNECT consortium application, but have not identified an artist or ensemble. This section is organized by the state that the presenter is located in. Projects in Development is updated monthly. Postings which are new or have been updated in the most recent month are highlighted in red text. Presenters should contact each other directly, not MAAF, to discuss the possibility of working together on an application. Contact information is provided in the listings. This listing includes information collected from presenters. All information, including contact information and artist/ensemble descriptions, has been provided by the respective presenters and has not been edited or verified for accuracy by MAAF. Inclusion in this listing does not constitute approval or endorsement by MAAF of a submitted project or organization. Submitting a listing is not a requirement for submitting an application to the ArtsCONNECT program nor will projects that have been developed through Projects in Development be given preferential treatment in the review process. For more information about the ArtsCONNECT program, including full program guidelines and application instructions, visit www.midatlanticarts.org. 1 2015-2016 ArtsCONNECT Projects in Development SECTION I PRESENTERS WITH ARTISTS LOOKING FOR CONSORTIUM PARTNERS The following section lists presenters who have identified an artist or ensemble they would like to present in their community and are looking for partners interested in presenting the same artist or ensemble in their respective communities in order to create a consortium to submit an application to the ArtsCONNECT program.
