JUDGING ITINERY – 13 - 28 February 2015

GENERAL
• Please be aware that this schedule is subject to change.
• There will be opportunity to judge at the HOY.
• Travel details will be forwarded to the relvant members once these have been finalised.
• All accomodation & travel expenses (air tickets & petrol) for the judges will be divided between the members in that area.
• Petrol will be charged at the AA rate for the particular vehicle being used.
• All travel expenses will be invoiced to the members after the judging.
• Please put the number that is allocated to your horse for this judging on the Numnah for IBOP riding, the carriage’s side for IBOP
driving or on the Bridal/halter for In-Hand judging.
• The numbers will be sent to the members prior to judging when the catalog has been finalized.
• Please have all your laminated registration papers and blue birth notices, ready for the judges on the day of your judging.
• All must foals be chipped and have DNA taken by a qualified vet before the judging.
• Please make sure that you have read the judging and inspection rules. Details on the website www.fpssa.co.za
• Please make sure you are familiar with the set up of the arena for judging. Details on the website www.fpssa.co.za
• Please ensure that for the judging, the judges have a table, chairs, some form of shade and refreshments.
