Lease Contract (C-123918) for increased parking hours for DBS at 11620 Wilshire Blvd.

Request from BOE for approval of the scope, a project budget of $1,645,000, and anticipated
completion date of May 31, 2016 for the tenant improvement work on the 19th and 21st floors of
City Hall for the relocation of City Attorney and LAPD Discovery and Victim Assistance from the
